If the mail couriers fail to deliver your order we assume NO liability for failed shipments.
Damages & Shortages:
Any damages or shortages must be reported to customer service within 24 hours of receipt of goods. NO exceptions! All orders are inspected and shipped in excellent condition. If the cartons are delivered damaged, opened or re-taped, you MUST file a claim with the carrier at the time of delivery. No exceptions will be made here. Save the original cartons and packaging for inspection by the carrier.
Returns:
Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Please have the store clerk test all battery-operated and rechargeable items before leaving the store premises or before the delivery driver leaves. We assume no responsibility for manufacturing faults and device failures after items have left store premises or the driver has left after delivery. There is NO return on intimates (lingerie, underwear). You are required to return all other clothing items purchased to the store within 24 hours for exchange. Worn, stained and damaged items will not be accepted! You must present your receipt as proof of transaction.
